Ecoplaza faced a critical bottleneck: PrestaShop and its ERP operated as isolated silos. The infrastructure could not sustain the request volume required to synchronize inventory, orders and customers smoothly.
The lack of integrated analytics and the manual transfer of data created errors, slowed operations and limited the company's ability to grow.
