Who handles what
Paddle.com, my reseller and Merchant of Record, handles payments, cancellations and refunds for all orders. I provide product support and technical assistance: info@psdevs.com.
Refund period
You can request a refund of the amount paid within 30 days of the purchase.
How to request it
Request it at paddle.net or email info@psdevs.com with the transaction ID.
Effect on the licence
When the purchase is refunded, the licence is no longer active.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have as a buyer under applicable law. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
